Olsen Studios was liable for the transformation of this rustic barnwood farmhouse, positioned in White Rock Lake space of north-east Dallas, Texas. The architects seamlessly built-in this house into the “nation” ambiance of neighborhood, which options lovely 100-year-old bushes. The purpose of this mission was to create a seamless reference to the outside—with the idyllic lake/park positioned only a brief stroll from the house.
The unique single-story house on the property provided simply 1,300 sq. ft of dwelling house. The architects building an L-shaped addition onto the house, together with a second story in direction of the rear of the property, serving to to triple the scale of this household house—three,900 sq. ft. A big pecan tree that resides within the yard was preserved, as was the present footprint. There are a complete of 4 bedrooms, 4 bogs, a spacious house workplace, playroom and a resort-like swimming pool, along with a spacious yard.
